How children experience snërqq

snërqq is a digital space where children can chat, play, create and become part of a shared world together with their friends.

What makes it different is how the system is built: not around endless stimulation, but around belonging, creative participation, play and shared activity.

The Dings

Available with membership

A shared character the group builds together

Each friend group has its own Dings. Children build it together, shape it through what they do, and gradually make it their own.

The Dings reacts to conversations, play and creativity — and becomes part of the group’s shared experience. Over time, it grows, changes and reflects how the group interacts.

Yard Crew

A world shaped by characters, not influencers

The world of snërqq is carried by recurring characters — the Yard Crew.

These characters give the platform identity, create recognition and make snërqq more than just a technical communication tool. Children enter a world with its own personality, recurring figures and shared stories — instead of orienting themselves around influencers and outside attention systems

Social Game

Available with membership

Shared incentive system to strengthen positive group dynamics.

Children earn Jitter through creativity, communication and constructive participation, and use it to build and customize their shared Dings. They earn XP through play, which unlocks new evolution stages.

The system also reflects group dynamics through the Dingsometer, giving children visible feedback about the state of the group. As the Dings becomes more alive through ongoing activity, it also becomes more meaningful to the children.

This turns everyday interaction into a shared investment in the group — and strengthens commitment, belonging and group stability over time.

Yard

The digital playground at the centre of snërqq

The Yard is the central place in snërqq. It is where children encounter their shared world, their group and small games and interactive experiences.

These minigames create shared moments and make play part of the group experience. They are not designed to pull children into endless competition loops, but to be part of a world where friendship, play and creativity come together.

MySpot

A personal space within the group

MySpot is where children keep their memories, friendships and creations. It’s not a public profile — but a personal space that belongs to them inside their group.

Buzz

A stream shaped by the group

snërqq deliberately avoids a classic algorithmic feed.

Buzz brings together shared moments, creations and activity from the group. It stays social and relevant — without becoming an endless feed.

Buzz – posts from friends

Only content from the child’s friends and Snerqq Yard Clips.
